We invite you to visit Troddenvale at Oakley Farm in the historic North Stable. Reservations are available for Saturdays between 1 - 5pm. Our Cider Bar will feature cider tastings, as well as by the glass and bottle - with an a la carte snack offering, including local cheeses and gourmet crackers, to accompany. Our Wine Shop also features curated wines available by the bottle for onsite consumption, or to-go. Join us on Saturdays, September 28 through October 26, 2024 at 12pm for ThePloughman's Lunch Series with Troddenvale at Oakley Farm. Inspired by the harvest season, The Ploughman's Lunch Series is a culinary experience embracing the time-honored tradition of breaking bread together, sharing in the bounty of autumn under the hundred-year old oaks on the farm.
The 2 - 3 hour experience will consist of a tour of Troddenvale's apple orchard and cider production space, followed by lunch and cider tasting. The lunch will consist of a boxed, picnic lunch prepared by a local chef, with select dates featuring a seated, multi-course pairing lunch {with guest chef Quarterhorse on 9/28 and Two Fire Table on 10/26.} This event is limited to 20 tickets per week. All participants must be 21+ years old to attend.
Visit the farm during our weekly event called Foodlore Fridays. Our 2024 Foodlore Fridays season will run through December, from 4 - 7pm each week. ‘A Celebration of Food, Farmers, and Community,’ this event features a local food market, airstream kitchen pop-up, and live music, as well as our cider & wine bar. We’ll be featuring current release ciders, & curated wine by the bottle. Free & Open to the public.
